Great shop. Bought some new skis, boots, and clothing here for the new season. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Good prices for quality items.

I didn't end up purchasing through Westra as we couldn't find a snow board boat that worked for my foot shape, but I appreciated the. Taking the time to try and get me the right fit and for pointing me towards another locally owned shop that was able to help me out.

We just had the best experience at westra sports! They weren’t busy when we went in, and Francine spent probably a solid hour helping us choose the perfect snowboard boots for my wife. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what to look for, the right questions to ask, everything. She brought out plenty of pairs of boots to try on and talked us through how it should fit in every aspect. We talked and laughed about snowboarding locations and experiences. We ended up getting the perfect pair of boots and we are more than excited about it. Would highly recommend this place for snowboard and ski gear! Speaking with Francine was one of the best customer service and just friendly interactions ever. 10/10.

I went in tonight with my husband and daughter to have my ski boots fixed because they were absolutely killing my feet. The ladies were all so helpful and patient. The one who helped me was incredible. She helped me try multiple things to improve the comfort of my boot (it definitely took some time) and they feel SO much better. They also were very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips/advice. Definitely our go to ski shop from here on out. Such a good experience.
